This is a converted Walmart Dancing Skelly. He will be singing his own Pirate tunes in the tavern this year. I removed the foam from the arms and cut a few Blucky arms to fit over the wire. He looks more skelly like now. There is a detail of his arm below. I will hot glue and tidy it up in the off season. Not enough time now.
